Indica
A cannabis type historically classed as short, broad-leaf and hardy.
02 / Definition
What is Indica?
Indica describes a traditional grouping of cannabis plants that are typically shorter and bushier with broad leaves and faster flowering, associated with cooler mountainous regions. As with sativa, the term is now mostly a marketing shorthand because almost all commercial cannabis is hybridised. Look at the cannabinoid and terpene profile rather than relying on the indica label alone.
