02 / Definition
What is Hybrid?
A hybrid is a cannabis plant bred from a mix of sativa and indica parents, combining traits from both lineages. Breeders describe hybrids as sativa-leaning or indica-leaning depending on which side of the family shows through. In practice the vast majority of strains on the market today are hybrids to some degree.
