Gazette 43347 is the South African Government Gazette notice, issued in May 2020, that set out the exclusion for certain low-dose cannabidiol (CBD) products. It allows qualifying preparations to be sold as Schedule 0 within defined limits, typically a maximum daily dose and a maximum concentration per product. CBD products outside these limits remain scheduled and require the appropriate regulatory pathway.
