How to dose Chill Rings

First-time user: 1 gummy (20 mg) in the evening, with light food. Wait the full 2 hours before considering more. Most users don't need more.

Established user: 1 gummy maintenance dose, daily. If you find 1 isn't enough after 2 weeks, consider 2 gummies — but be aware that puts you past the 20 mg/day Schedule-0 daily-dose recommendation. For higher daily intake, talk to Docto24 about Section-21 evaluation.

Splitting a gummy: cut clean with a knife. Halves give you a 10 mg micro-dose option — useful for very-light dosing or for sharing with a partner who's CBD-curious but cautious.

Storage + shelf life

Cool, dry, dark — same as chocolate. Original resealable pack prevents sticking + maintains potency. Refrigeration is optional, not required.

Unopened: 12 months from production date. Once opened: 6 months for best flavour + potency.

Do not share with kids or pets
